    so the upper bars i can run them to the subframe?? even with a shock?

    yes mount the top bars to around where the grab bar would mount.

    no, i would never mount the top tubes to the subframe when running a shock. when the shock compresses it will alter the height of the wheel and not be good.

    all tubes must be mounted to the swingarm.call me if you need any help. there are better ways to mount them that i do not feel like typing out.

    Diggin up a ol thread. I see alot of the guys here are running the top bars to the subframe. Alot of the bikes i see are all running the top bars to the swingarm in the area of the lower shock mount. Can some guys shed some light on what makes u decide where to run the top bars? Right now i run a shaw on the back but that doesnt mean i wont try a strut later on so id like to build a bar to work both ways.
