Here's a not so good video of testing a new 1-6 override. The trans would not shift into 2nd gear, but still managed to run 10.70 @ 118 mph. Found 3 dogs missing off the back of one gear.

Looks like a runner. Have you ever been able to make the 1/4 with only 1-5 gears?

Our 1st 30 runs were done with a 1-5 only. It was done with a stock cylinder 417cc motor. Best ET was a 11.50 @ 107 mph with 2.68 primary gears and 19/39 gearing.

just tore my cases apart fri. and found that one of my dogs was broken off the 6th gear and 2 of my forks was pretty bad also.i run a 1-5 neutral down dunable from wcr.who did yours?

We only ran the 1-5 for 30 runs in 2005 and it was done by a guy who worked for Trinity. We had the same trans re-done to a 1-4 manual 5 & 6 by the same person. It has 500 plus runs on it and it's showing its age now.

We had a 1-6 done by WCR, but I'm waiting to comment on that one.
