2 stroke expert in fresno area

ok its been like three months now and hours of working on and money for new parts and i still cannot figure out this problem. so now i am looking for someone around where i live to help me out with my banshee. does anyone know of anyone around fresno or does anyone live in fresno that can seriously help me out? ive had alot of people tell me what they think is wrong with it but nothing has worked and im about to give up if i cant figure it out soon. anything would be appreciated. thanks guys
