2005 TRX450R

I have a 05 TRX 450R with a big bore 501 kit, and a +3 hot rod stroker crank. It cuts out at the top end under load, and I can rev it up to the rev limiter when it's not under load. I'm trying to figure out why it's cutting out at the top end? Do I need to jet it? Or advance the timing? Anyone have any input or suggestions?
