Here's some pictures of my 2000 Yamaha Blaster built by Jim at Passion Racing Engines

The last picture is a good shot of the motor but its probably the best you'll ever see of it. sorry guys its not my fault but I'm sworn to secrecy with this motor. Jim has too much work and time into this motor to let someone copy his secrets in this one of a kind motor

Nice blaster, times? I LOVE secret bikes, [censored] cracks me up
sweet ride ? what times do u run ? any hp numbers ?
Looks good.

Ya what kind of times with that bad boy.

I love secrets
Last time I went by Rage ATV he was building 42rwhp out of blaster quads for MX racing. That much power in something that light, hang on.....
Well no set in stone times out of it right now seeing as it fried the clutch first race. It made 65hp and 39ft lbs of torque. If I had to guess it will run 6.5's if our track is good that day, oh yeah our track is 500ft not 300ft like most. I would guess around mid 4's on a really good 300ft track
well even though I cant show you pics of the work I can tell you what it is. its a "Big Flange" motor, and to my knowledge the first one ever. Jim told me if he would have to compare it to something it would be the equivalant of an air cooled single cylinder big DM motor. I will say that the flange is deffinatly big though its well into the 50's (mm)
Looks cool...gotta love the small, light bikes.
Let us know when you get some actual times down...I'd like to see it run 300 ft. personally!!

Cool ride.
yeah Its seen 6.8's before on its old motor.... This one makes it seem like I used to riding a raptor 350 so I'd imagine it will run at least a 6.5, I think the motor is capable of more but the track isnt
did you get it tuned and up and running.
brad talked like you had some issues.

he still has a few issues to work out but I set him up on what he needs to do... if all goes well he will be running hard next race.

its one mean little blaster.
thats where the new chassis will come in... here's the plans for it. +16 out the front +6 out the back stock frame "drag frame" conversion, Marvin Shaws the whole way around, 40mm gun drilled drag axle, +6 round house carrier swing arm, and I'll have my lockup clutch by then too.
Sounds like it is going to really move out when your done.
Why not go rigid? 16 out the front will never see dunes, save more weight and at least get struts, or just go Rigid?

Wait...you run at BBDR with Brad...nevermind, you'll need shocks...LOL.
