I say alky all the way. Just take a look at your plugs often; and you'll always have to have a new set to read them. Once you purge on them, they may still be like new, just can't get a good plug reading. I'll never go back to gas.

Your plugs and needles are fine. EGN seems to be the most common needle, but EGLs should be fine. I think the L has a thinner taper, making it a tad richer needle than the EGN, but not sure. Don't have that chart in front of me.
