has anyone had any problems with them? i boght a ignition for my 700 rhino off them and it messed up and i called them and they said it was prolly just a conection so i put it back on my rhino and the same thing happens its like the rev limiter is lower than stock with it and now the check engine light comes on. i've only had the ignition box about a month and it started doing this after a week hasn't been wet or anything a the rhino is only about a week older than the box
now the guys at black rhino don't even want to deal with me when its supposed to have a year warranty on it i've called them 6 times the first time they told me to check the plug ends the next 5 times they directed me to they're tech guy's voice mail cause he's never in and now this time whoever i talked to told me to call the store i bought it from? WTF?
just wanna know why i gotta go through the other store when i'm gonna have to send it to them anyway?
i hate companies like that... call the other store and see if they will exchange it... if they tell u to call black rhino, then id have them send u another part and make sure i let them and everybody else know how bad their tech support is...
That is just bad customer service. With an issue like that they should have asked "did you check connections, moisture etc" When you say yes I did all is good, no questions asked they should replace it.
i know thats what i was thinking and the instuctions say if you have any problems to contact them it has they're number on it and states that they have a 1 year warranty??? so you'd think that since it is their product and has they're number to call they would take care of any problems???

when i bought my procom cdi for my kfx.. it would shut my bike off at high rpms.. i called them about it and they sent me a new one, no ? asked... 2nd one acted alittle funny so i called them, they said they would have one in the mail that day... and did..
some people dont like procom cdi's..... but since they did me right , i have no prob with them. ive had that 3rd cdi on for 2 years.

I have a Procom on my Predator and it has yet to cause any issues. I am happy with Procom.
ok so i had to go back to the people i bought it from but there gonna make things right! i'll keep yall up dated he's calling them this morning and then i'm gonna call him but he said he would get me another one real quick but just gonna find out why they're being like that and what they're problem is
well just now getting the new one in last week! took them long enough? but jagged extreme made things right thats the people i got it from in the first place black rhino don't want to help anyone out so i won't be buying anymore of their products again!
