CC Specialty No1 MC handpiece - will it fit a std Dremel?

Just as my topic title states, just wanting to know if the CC Specialty MC 1 handpiece will fit a standard Dremel flex line.

are you looking for a cost effective 90 degree tool? check out blue~point micro 90 degree air die grinder find a SNAP ON truck and flag him down or check the webb site..
this is the one i have been using its got a mean top end and i sometimes snap bits with it when they start to chatter. not sure if this is normal but the more i use it the more i like it.?

That's quite an air tool. Does it always operate at 70,000+ RPM or is it variable speed?
