I have a 2006 raptor 700, dual barkers, pc3, web cam, je piston, it runs good from the line but when it gets to mid rpm it cuts out bad then picks back up, it does it in every gear. Any ideas whats happening?? Oh yeah it has a brand new clutch

Check the tps first. If it does it in every gear at about the same spot the tps may have a glitch in it at mid throttle. Also you may try and unhook the pcIII and see if that helps. You will not want to ride it any longer than it takes to see if the problem is gone as it will be very lean when the pcIII is unhooked.

NO NO NO!!!!!!Check your reverse indicator wiring. It has an intermittent connection that under load will indicate that the thing is in reverse and turns on the rev limiter. ride it and watch real close and see if the reverse light flickers, if it does that is your problem.

I have only seen that on the 660 based raptors.
