If I had a bike with 152Hp at the PTO or crank. WHat would that make at the rear wheels?

That will depend on a lot of little things. Not including going through the clutch and transmission; but gearing, chain type, rotational mass of axle and wheels, etc can all play a part.

In a direct drive type system- ie gears and transmission- 10-15% is the typical value quoted.

In a CVT drive type system- 30%+ (the plus is how good you are at clutching LOL)
