Packard Racing may know, they use lectrons on all their setups, they should know which boot you need and may even be able to sell you one. If you're interested, I can get you their number
Sounds similar to the setup TurboBobby is running?

upp makes a manifold that has cr 500 bolt pattern and accepts 48 lectrons, dont know if it will work on your chassis

The Cheetah DM's use the CR500 bolt pattern, but the carb comes straight out from the cylinder, (in the side-to-side direction), so be sure you don't have a shock clearance issue.

You can use the stock boot as long as you use a sharp rotory file and cut the inside of the boot to make it thinner ,and use a 44 lectrron. I dont think youll get a 48 on a cr500 my 44 is right on the shock spring, so I put a shock sock on it to help with any movement, I also had a custome built billit intake made because the stock airbox boot wont fit .
