I'm curious as im looking to redo some things. is there a minimuim or maximum amount of steering angle for a drag bike/duner?.

I'm looking at reworking the front end of my polaris but I can only seem to come up with 20degree's of steering angle presently will that be enough?

thats center line to stop so 20 degree's each way. thanks guys ive been looking all morning for a rule of thumb with no luck.

stock wheel base id need to measure but i would say 50 center hub to center hub.

are you talking about the angle of the steering stem,or the angle the tie rods go from the stem to the spindles?

I am 90% he is talking about turning angle. so the angle of his wheels.

I am assuming you mean from center you have 20 degrees either direction so a total of 40 degrees, stock it had 24 each way 48 total.. wheel base is a short 50 inches.

IMO thats fine, especially due to the short wheel base. It should actually turn around in a pretty small area.. I could do the calculations but Im lazy at the moment.. LOL
