Instead of sand paper... Why dont you just add some epoxy.... Then you will be ready for buisness... Should run good...... Make sure you port the sleeve to match..

Be sure to "whiffle port" the piston. It'll rev much faster with about 40 holes drilled in the crown of it less resistance going up and down.

Hum, it seems like you have a few more years of practice to go. Just remember everything follows the least path of resistance! Also bigger it not always better....
