It is also true that the experienced riders learn/develope an ability to "feel" the shift points well enough not to need to "here"
I put stingers on mine because I run the track 90% of the time. We HAVE to use silencers and sparkies for the dunes.
With all the meth blowing through the tubes, I'm sure the silencer packing will break down quicker then on gas alone....some can probably confirm or deny that.
I was kinda hoping to shave .5 off my times, but...look like that's not gonna happen... (LOL, J/K)
I think what Fouled out was trying to say is he made his best pass with silencers on, NOT that it helped him make the best pass, just that it didn't hurt at all....
