Pretty hard to read porcelain color on an alky plug, most look for the heat discoloration around the base on a WOT plug chop. There should be a color change on the bottom flat metal of the plug that starts at the ground strap and works its way around. Halfway around the plug bottom is safe (1/4 on either side of the ground strap), anything further around than that is heading toward lean. Some plugs are easier to read than others and if it's hard to see, it's OK to wipe off the plug to see the color change, the metal is permanently discolored. Start rich and work your way down, that way you can see the color change slowly spread around the base metal.
