Question For The 2strokers

This is just out of pure curiousity, and I have no intention of starting any crap or anything like that. In the 0 - 825cc twin unlimited class at PS, how would you guys feel about a single cylinder four stroke racing in that class? What if it had a few more ccs than 825? Would it be fair for both sides beings its a few more ccs but only single cylinder and 4stroke? What are your thoughts? Thanks

goodsound ,not wanting to sound sarcastic or any thing like that. but y would any one want to run a single cylinder 4stroke in that class. but i don't see a problem with it . there is a unlimited single cylinder class . i believe, there is gong to be some unheard of times , 4 a single cylinder in the unlimited single class ,next year.
Like I said, its just purely curiousity at this point. Im just wondering how a big single 4 would do against the twins. Do you think a 4stroke would even have a chance? Would it be a shock if a 4stroke placed in the top 3?
It would take one heck of a 4 stroke to place in the Top 4 imo Mark.

I know my self that the 4 strokes are moving.
there was a guy at pismo this weekedn with a big 4 stroke. It was runing really good but at no time would it keepup with the 10mils out there that are well under 800cc's. It was fast for sure but Not fast enough. He was a goone 10-15 mph slower crossing the line. fastest bike out there was 76 mph this trip. He has been clocked at 84 there before, but there were alot of kids out screwingup the track.

why were you screwing up the track ?? lol
what is the biggest single cyln 4 stroke ??
I know MR HP is running a 855 cc motor with alot of juice.

He is running some low numbers for sure.
yep ,Mr hp, has a bad 4stroke, probably the baddest 4stroke out there . but it still isn't in the same ball park as a 800cc twin not even close
So would it be safe to say that a 4stroke, even such as his would finish last or close to it in that class? I would like alot more opinions if you guys dont mind.
i cant say that it would not place , Any thing can happen in a race . read light, blowing up , bad 60ft , or getting out of control. but if there is a 25 bike field , every one is not going to mess up . it is possible to go some rounds , i don't think it would make it to the top 3, if there is a large number in the class.
