Just looking over my shift forks and was wondering what the tolerances were for the pads on the forks? Just trying to figure out if they should be replaced. They dont look bad but.. I like to catch things early.

i always replace the shaft, forks, shaft spring, shift pin and nut, lockwashers also easy and cheap for the most part.

if you have a service manual it might give specs for what the pads should measure, the honda motors are nice because theres specs for nearly every part of the motor, maybe yamaha is the same way. ive never seen the forks wear out but i guess it could happen
