They are pretty easy to make. Any local machinist should be able to make you some struts for a decent price. The cost of aluminum is going through the roof at the moment though.
BBIII makes some NICE struts, I have them all the way around, and my buddy has a rear strut.
I think mine are adjustable from 12" eye to eye to roughly 13.5.... They are very, very nice with a reverse thread heim on one end for easy adjustment!!

no,I make mine with metric heims,and out of 7075 Aluminum,perfectly center bored on my lathe,right hand,left hand thread
with a flat milled into the tube or knurled for quick adjustments.
Don't automatically assume when it comes to what I do.
Here's a pic of our new struts we just came out with. This is a complete set and are available in all sizes. These use aluminum QA1 heim joints and even come with aluminum jam nuts. Very trick! These struts are some of the lightest on the market and are left hand and right hand threaded for easy adjustability. Lance
