My thumb throttle will not open carbs all the way, they are 40mm mikunis i am running a honda 450r thumb what could be done to make them open all the way.

if you want to keep your stock thumb throttle ,you will have to cut some off the side of the throttle cover. it will let the arm in side move farther, by coming out of the cover some.
