I'm racing 300' sand drags. What size tire should I run with my 10 mill?
Frame is rigid 80"
10 Mill 465cc
Gas 35.5 Mukuni
My weight 185lb.
Current Tires are 12 paddle Extremes 73 - 74 roll out
I have tried these set ups:
14 x 43 = E.T 4.14
15 x 44 = E.T. 4.24

Any Ideas?

I would stick with the tires you got,the more paddle you have it takes away from the bigend, you want just enough to be able to get out of the hole,ya with more tire youll bite and launch harder but on a time slip youll see your mph go down with more tire.

I run 14 extremes on my 350 with a 9 arm and 14-40 gearing but i know it could have a little more top end with some 12 extremes vs's the 14's.

But i would say you would @ least need to try some 14 extremes and go from there.

I second that. If I had 12 pdls on my 4mil, I'd never get out of the hole. It blows off 74 r/o 15 paddle extremes sometimes, with a +8 arm (stock chassis strutted).

What are your 60 ft times. Those will tell a lot about tire choice, imo. I can't 60 ft for crap on my stock chassis bike. 1.5s and up, sometimes way worse. Similar or slightly better e.t.s as what your running on my BEST runs. 190 lb rider 15/42 gearing. 74 mph.
