I got a set of plastic for my yfz. I cut them, now im going to paint them. Not sure what color Im going with yet. Thinking grey, or black. Keeping the frame the stock color red/maroon. Just wondering what color everyone thought would look good.

This might help??? Red frame, silver arms.

I'm a fan of silver with that color frame or white but it'd look like an 04 model then.lol
Im partial to a electric bright blue or green
Thanks for the replies. IMO blue or green wouldnt look very good with a red frame. I have white uncut plastic on my quad now. Like the color but looking for a change.
I think gray would look good. I also liked the black carbon.
Silver plastics with a red frame would look good .Maybe a little red graphics with the silver paint.

get the frame powdercoated a different color duh..lol
No thanks, dont want to tear it down that far.
I would go with silver. If you use a base coat clear coat you can shoot the silver. Then take some grey Scott brite pad with a little fast lacquer thinner, and run over them in a real straight back and forth. It will make some real fine scratchs that look like brushed aluminum. When it cleared it looks real nice. Just be careful not to use to much thinner and make very light scratchs.
