I have a +4 stock swingarm on my blaster and I need something longer and I want a roundhouse. There is a tyson +10 swing arm on ebay , but I think it may be too long. I was thinking +6 or +8... but do you guys think a 10 would be okay? if not could I shorten it up?

and oh yeah, the motor is a drag ported 240, 3mil stroker done by passion racing

u dont want to much swingarm... id prop say +6 . thats what i ran on my 350 shee .

further out more traction lost = more paddles + 6 im guessin would be perfect

I shortened my tyson plus 10 banshee swing arm up 4 inches last summer, bad part is that it was chrome so now there is no chrome on the weld. So basically it ain't worth crap now that i modded it.

I run 500ft dirt tracks. BBDR in PA and Tomahawk in WV. I was thinking +6, but another guy that I race with just went to a +8 and he has a very similar motor set up to mine. would it be worth it to just shorten this one? or just keep looking elsewhere.
