Hi all, I just aquired an xr 80 that needs a timing chain set and a valve job. So I figured while I had it apart I misewell hop it up a bit. Lookin to see whats all out there and what works and what does not. Higher comp pistion bigger cam exhaust etc.....

can you mill the head and if so how much?

yeah, I found a 95cc kit for it. Ordered it last night. Just gotta order the rev box and the exhaust now.
Oh and a k&n filter!
